Not only does a consistent intake of healthy morning liquids properly nurture you for the day, but they also bring lifelong health benefits to the body and mind!
In this guide, I will share with you the three powerful morning liquids I consume daily on an empty stomach, how to prepare them at home, science-backed health benefits (hyperlinked), and the differences I have observed with my health.
LEMON WATER
Recipe:
16 oz. water
½ lemon

*Pro tip: I recommend drinking this slowly, avoiding chugging it down, and spacing out your liquids with at least 10-15 minutes in between each beverage.

Spearmint - balances feminine hormones, strengthens and cleanses hair follicles, improves memory
Blue lotus - improves sexual performance, relieves anxiety, balances mental health
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY
I have always faced challenges regarding acne and hair loss since my early teens. I have been drinking celery juice every morning on an empty stomach since 2018 and have undoubtedly noticed a major difference in my skin. I took a break from this routine for a year during my junior year of high school and my junior year of college which resulted in break outs, increased hair thinning, and visible inflammation.
